MPSV-AHT 14,400 BHP Atlantic Power (formerly Gerard Jordan) multi role MPSV. Capable of subsea DP2 economy mode and AHT operations.
With over 615M2 of deck, 163MT bollard pull, and accommodation for over 36 clients and crew, this vessel suits a range of offshore and subsea tasks from offshore supply, walk to work, subsea boulder clearance and ROV operations to offshore floating wind, construction support, PLGR and towing.

The Atlantic Power is the second in the fleet to be based in the US and to be managed and owned by a Atlantic Oceanic LLC.
After operating as a AHT for many years the Atlantic Power has undergone a major conversion to allow it to operate as a Multi Purpose Support Vessel. The vessel is capable of operating the I-GRAB in a number of tasks such as Boulder removal, UXO Survey and Clearance. It is also capable of Geotechnical and Geophysical surveys, Walk-to-Work, Cable Lay and recovery.

Four main propulsion engines uses less fuel than conventional AHT drive systems as the vessel can be operated with only two engines in services for DP2 and other offshore operations when not in AHT towing service. Vessels designed to maintain a speed of up to 12 knots at loadline (fully loaded condition), with excellent economy at 10 knots and in DP2 operations
The Atlantic Power has the latest state of the art DP II system which means that the vessel will be able to hold position in the most critical and demanding situations. Working with the twin bow tunnel and twin stern tunnel thrusters, along with the two CP main propellers the vessel has 14,450 hp on offer at any time. Ideal for subsea operations.
